The Airport Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) has recently decided to lower the price of aviation services at 21 airports managed and operated by ACV.
Accordingly, services under the authority of ACV exemption or discount include service fee for aircraft navigation down by 50%; pipe ladder service, carousel rental, automatic baggage handling, counters, ground service: 10% off; representative office rental service for airlines that stop flying: 100% exempt. The service discount is from March to August.
Reportedly, the total passenger volume through airports of ACV in 2020 is expected to drop down by 40% compared to 2019, in which international visitors will decrease by 70%. ACV’s operating profit in 2020 is forecast to decrease by about VND10,000 billion compared to 2019.
