Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - owner of Manchester hotel in Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang City said that the use of the accommodation information management software is quite convenient, its interface is friendly and easy to manage guests. In particular, most of the professional requirements of the state management agencies can be done online, so the interaction is quick. Hotels only needs to enter the information system to notify guests’ information once, so the data are accurate and synchronous among relevant agencies. In addition, declaring only on one software has reduced troubles and time for hotel staff.
The accommodation information management system has been put into operation since January, 2018. It was a product of the topic "Building a data sharing information system among accommodation management organizations and businesses in Khanh Hoa Province” (phase I) conducted by the Center for Information Technology Research and Development under Khanh Hoa Computer Association. This is a shared data system, sharing data between industries: Police, Tax, Tourism and Statistics to manage guests in the province.
