Khanh Hoa People’s Committee has just approved investment in a pier for An Vien Urban Area residents.
Accordingly, Khanh Hoa People’s Committee requested An Vien Joint Stock Company to cooperate with relevant departments and agencies to make an amendment project on a BB-2 lot within the An Vien Urban Area project.
When the 1/500 scale amendment on beach An Vien Urban area project (BB-2 lot) is approved, Khanh Hoa People’s Committee will consider assigning Hon Mot Tourism Joint Stock Company to invest in a pier in the location mentioned above. Hon Mot Tourism Joint Stock Company is in charge of paying investment expenses, including site clearance cost (if any). When completed, the construction will be handed over to Nha Trang City People’s Committee for use management as regulated.
