Saigon Railway Joint Stock Company plans to operate more trains from Ho Chi Minh City to Phan Thiet, Nha Trang, Quy Nhon, Hanoi and vice versa from July 9 to meet increased travel demand.
Specifically, the additional trains include SPT3/SPT4 on the route Ho Chi Minh City - Phan Thiet and SNT3/SNT4/SNT5 on Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang at weekends; and SE9/SE10 on Ho Chi Minh City - Hanoi. The operation time is from July 9 to August 31. SQN1/SQN2 trains Ho Chi Minh City - Hanoi will run daily from July 9 to August 30. Besides, more trains may be operated if there is a high passenger demand.
20-40% discount is applied for advance booking, at least 20 days prior from the departure, (10% off SPT1/SPT2 fares purchased at least 10 days in advance). 2-14% discount is offered to groups of 5 or more and 7-10% discount is for return tickets.
Discount promotion is still offered to policy beneficiaries, students, Youth Union members and travel operators registering for the 2020 tourism stimulus program.
