Ninh Hoa Town People’s Committee has just issued a plan to organize the 1st Ninh Hoa Food Festival 2020. The event is in a series of activities to mark the 10th foundation anniversary of Ninh Hoa Town (October 25, 2010-2020).
The 2-day festival is scheduled to take place at Ninh Hoa Town Center of Culture, Information & Sports on October 21-22 with the participation of businesses, individuals and communities in the town. The event will feature a wide variety of specialties in Ninh Hoa such as Ninh Hoa fermented pork, banh canh, Nui Sam pancake, banh uot, Ninh Da coconut, fried linh chi mushroom, rattan handicraft, etc.
Besides, a culinary competition and a bai choi folk music show will be organized within the festival framework to serve both local residents and tourists.
The festival is committed to honoring, introducing and promoting the food culture of Ninh Hoa, contributing to promoting the destination of Khanh Hoa Province.
