Launching stimulus package for Hanoi market
The booth of Khanh Hoa tourism with the participation of travel companies (Vietravel Nha Trang, Long Phu Tourist and VietPromotion Tourism), accomodation businesses (Intercontinental, Radission Blu, The Costa, Hon Tam, Green World, Boujour, Joytrip and Vinpearl Nha Trang) and entertainment services (Kong Forest, VinWonder, I-Resort and Sealife yacht). In addition, some businesses also sent publications and tourism products to introduce at the fair.
Businesses of Khanh Hoa participating in Hanoi Tourism Promotion Day offer 30-50% discounts to stimulate domestic tourism demand with packages to sell directly to the people in the capital. "The last months of 2020 will be a great opportunity to visit Nha Trang at a very economical cost", said Tran Minh Duc - Deputy Director of Long Phu Tourist Joint Stock Company.
According to Luyen Manh Cuong - Director of Khanh Hoa Tourism Promotion Information Center, Khanh Hoa tourism participates in Hanoi Tourism Promotion Day to promote and stimulate domestic tourism demand at the end of 2020 and Lunar New Year 2021, contributing to early recovery. Currently, the provincial Tourism Promotion Information Center has proposed to Vietnam Airlines to have support policy for Khanh Hoa tourism to deploy domestic stimulus package from now to the end of 2020.
Marketing to be promoted
After the second outbreak of Covid-19 was controlled, Khanh Hoa tourism has offered many solutions to gradually restore tourism activities. However, due to the low season, the number of visitors to Nha Trang is still quite small. In September and October, the whole province welcomed more than 90,000 tourists. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism said, to attract more visitors to Khanh Hoa, create momentum for the recovery of tourism in 2021, Khanh Hoa tourism will continue marketing to introduce the local tourism such as intrducing Khanh Hoa tourism on newspapers, television, on Led screens at airports and big cities like Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, etc.
Restaurants, hotels, travel companies, etc. in Khanh Hoa have launched many promotional packages for tourists from now to the end of the year. “Target of Khanh Hoa tourism in the fourth quarter of this year is to welcome about 350,000 visitors. We hope that, product packages, suitable to the new tastes and trends of visitors, along with the promotion, Khanh Hoa tourism will attract more visitors, especially in the coming Christmas season and New Year's Eve”, Nguyen Thi Le Thanh expressed.
