Potentials
Having topography with mountains, plains and sea, Ninh Hoa contains many potentials for invest and build up tourist products. Doc Let in Ninh Hoa has long been famous as a beautiful beach, attracting many tourists inside and outside the province. Coming to Doc Let, visitors can also explore the life of fishermen and enjoy fresh seafood. In recent years, many investment projects for tourism infrastructure have been being implemented in Doc Let. In particular, the project TTC Resort Premium with 400 rooms promises to be an attractive resort for tourists.
In addition to Doc Let, Ninh Hoa still has a lot of potentials to develop sea tourism in Ninh Thuy, Ninh Phuoc and Ninh Van. Ninh Van was named on the "tourist map" with high-class resorts such as Six Senses Ninh Van bay, An Lam Retreats and L’Alya Ninh Van bay. The road along the mountain with the green of the stretching mountains in one side, and the blue of the sky with the sea running in the other side from Ninh Phuoc to Ninh Van opens up the tourism potentials of the island commune in the foot of Hon Heo mountain. Tourism to be promoted
In recent years, the development of Ninh Hoa tourism has contributed to increasing the proportion of the service-tourism industry in the economic structure of the town. However, Ninh Hoa's tourism has not developed as expected, not commensurate with its potential. Up to now, service - tourism value accounts for 12.36% of the town's economic structure.
According to Chairman of Ninh Hoa Town People's Committee Nguyen Vinh Thanh, the town has set targets for the period 2020 – 2025 to ráie the value of the service - tourism industry by 15% / year on average; to move the economic structure to continue to shift towards industry - construction, services - tourism, and agriculture - forestry - fishery. In the coming time, the town will continue to support the promotion to call for investment in developing new forms of eco-tourism such as climbing mountains, exploring water reservoirs of Da Ban, Tien Du, EaKrôngrou and Da Xe as well as local monuments and landscapes; to attract investment in the production of typical products and souvenirs of Ninh Hoa to serve tourists. At the same time, the town will actively coordinate with tourism businesses to build tourist destinations to introduce local tourism products to tourists, creating a strong development in width and depth (service quality).
Deputy Director of the provincial Department of Tourism Nguyen Thi Le Thanh said, tourism experts highly appreciate the tourism potentials of Ninh Hoa. In the coming time, Ninh Hoa town should coordinate with the Department of Tourism and other departments of the province to impulse investment attraction, exploit potentials and build tourism products; to train and improve the quality of human resources to serve tourism activities in the locality. At the same time, the town also needs to pay more attention to the communication and promotion of tourism. Besides attracting domestic and international tourists from Nha Trang, Ninh Hoa may attract more tourists from Dak Lak Province.
