Khanh Hoa People’s Committee has approved an action program on Khanh Hoa tourism 2021. Accordingly, Khanh Hoa tourism sector has set a target of 5 million tourists in 2021, accounting for 72% compared with 2019, including 3.5 million domestic visitors, the same figure in 2019. The total turnover is expected to be approximately VND17,500.
To achieve the target, in 2021, Khanh Hoa tourism continues developing the tourism stimulus campaign “Vietnamese people travel to Vietnam destinations – Nha Trang: the call of the sea”, shifting the tourism promotion and marketing to cope up with the Covid-19 pandemic.

The main tourism market this year is domestic tourists and international travelers who are foreign workers, experts and foreign ministries in Vietnam. With promising signals in Covid-19 vaccine production and epidemic control in the world, Khanh Hoa also expects to welcome international visitors in 2021.
In addition to the tourism stimulus program, in the coming time, Khanh Hoa will continue promoting tourism development propaganda; implementing projects on building new tourism products, developing tourism human resources, taking solutions to promote the application of information technology in tourism activities, implementing programs on tourism development cooperation with airlines and big cities and provinces such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Lam Dong.
