On March 9, Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism issued a tourism stimulus plan to attract tourists 2021. Accordingly, Khanh Hoa strives to welcome more than 5 million dwelling tourists, including 1.5 million international ones with a tourism turnover of 17,500 billion, up by 343% compared with 2020.
To achieve the goal, in 2021, Khanh Hoa tourism will coordinate with relevant agencies to boost tourism; promote the destination of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa, using combined method of technological innovations 4.0 and traditional approaches; building attractive tourism stimulus packages, focusing on activities to stimulate domestic market demand; organizing attractive cultural, art and sports events to promote the destination and attract tourists. In addition, the Department of Tourism will coordinate with the Tourism Association and businesses to organize promotional activities, meetings and exchange with associations and businesses of international tourist markets to get well prepared for welcoming international visitors to Khanh Hoa when Covid-19 pandemic subsides.
