Cam Ranh International Airport jointly with Vietnam Airlines, representatives of Middle Airport Authority in Cam Ranh and Airport Ground Services units in Cam Ranh held a ceremony to open up Nha Trang – Phu Quoc air route on April 26.
After the launching ceremony, the first flight VN7851 from Cam Ranh to Phu Quoc left Cam Ranh International Airport at 12: 40 for Phu Quoc International Airport. The air route will have 4 flights weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The new flight service is expected to contribute to the development of the trade, economics and tourism between the two localities in the coming time.
Covid-19 control measures have been implemented to assure safety, security and improve service quality, especially during the National holiday April 30 and May 1.
