The number of visitors to Khanh Hoa has increased sharply compared to the same period last year. Many attractions and entertainment spots have reopened with many new programs and promotions for tourists.
During the four-day holiday (from April 30 to May 3), the province reiceived 125,500 guests ( including 2,405 international ones and 123,095 domestic ones) and 150,000 visitors. Total revenue from tourists reached VND 529,144 billion, up 217.58% over the same period last year. Some hotels and resorts have high occupancy rates such as Amiana (94%), Vesna, Hon Tam (80%), An Lam Retreats Ninh Van Bay (82%), Six Senses Ninh Van Bay (80%), Alma, Vinpearl Condotel Beachfront Nha Trang and Novotel Nha Trang (over 70%).
Amusement parks and attractions also welcomed a large number of visitors. for example, VinWonders Nha Trang: about 30,000 visitors, Monkey Island and Orchid Stream: about 6,000 visitors; I-Resort: about 5,000 guests; Thap Ba Hot Spring: about 4,000 visitors. From April 30 to May 3, Nha Trang Tourist Wharf had more than 15,000 visitors to Nha Trang Bay.

According to Nguyen Thi Le Thanh - Director of the provincial Department of Tourism, in order to stimulate demand for tourism recovery, especially during the peak occasion of April 30 and May 1, the province's tourism industry had organized a lot of activities to attract tourists, then created a premise to connect and cooperate between Khanh Hoa tourism and tourist businesses across the country and supported each other to create diverse products and experiences for visitors. Travel agencies and accommodation establishments in the province made the best preparation in terms of human resources, actively embellishing and upgrading infrastructure, creating beautiful landscapes, green spaces, and building more new tourist attractions and new services for tourists.
Before that, the provincial inter-sectoral inspection team had checked prices at hotels and resorts. In addition, the Department of Tourism issued an official dispatch requesting tourism businesses to strictly comply with regulations on prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic, ensuring service quality, security and safety for tourists, food hygiene and prices. During this holiday, the department added more people on duty at the tourist information station to support tourists and the hotline 24/24h to receive feedback from tourists.
