India is a large country with a population of more than 1.4 billion, of which about 25 million people go abroad each year and this number is expected to increase to 35 million. Indian tourists have a high spending capacity. Recently, the National Administration of Tourism (under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) and many provinces and cities are stepping up promotion and attracting this attractive tourist market. In 2022, Vietjet Air will open more routes from Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City/Da Nang to 3 cities of India, including Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Bangalore (Bengaluru), raising the total number of Vietjet Air flying routes between Vietnam and India  to 17, becoming the airline serving the most direct flights between the two countries.
