9 cruise ships will call at Nha Trang City from February to June with 3 cruise ships expected in February alone, according to a representative of Viet Excursions Company, Ltd.
As planned, Ms Seven Sea Explore (Marshall) touring Shihanoukville (Cambodia) - Nha Trang – Ho Chi Minh City with 700 passengers will arrive in Nha Trang Port on February 22, becoming the first cruise ship of the season. The visitors will take countryside and city tours to such attractions as Nha Trang Cathedral, Ponagar Temples and Long Son Pagoda. The arrival of Nautica Ship (Marshall) bringing 550 passengers will call at Nha Trang.
Especially, on February 26, Spectrum of the Seas (Cyprus) carrying 4,000 passengers will reach Nha Trang City on the journey of Singapore - Nha Trang – Vung Tau. Ms Seven Sea Explore (750 travelers) together with SILVER MUSE (500 passengers), Silver Whisper (500 passengers) and Borealis (1,400 passengers) will also call at Nha Trang in March.
According to the leader of Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism, t The welcoming of the cruise ships will help promote the destination of Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa.
