Representatives of Indian tourism businesses explored tourist destinations and services in Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa on March 2 on the occasion of a conference on cooperation promotion between India and provinces in the Southern Central Region.
The delegation visited to such attractions as Long Son Pagoda, Ponagar Temples and Chong Rocks; and took a sightseeing tour to Champa Island Nha Trang, Amiana Nha Trang Resort, I-Resort and Ariyana Hotel and a bite out Nha Trang City's lively nightlife.
Earlier, within the conference on cooperation promotion between India and provinces in the Southern Central Region, the tourism industries of the four provinces of Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Phu Yen and Binh Dinh had had a meeting with Indian tourism businesses on cooperation to exploit tours between Vietnam and India. According to Nguyen Thi Le Thanh, Director of the Department of Tourism, India is a potential tourism market in Vietnam in general and Khanh Hoa in particular. In the coming time, Khanh Hoa tourism industry will continue organizing several activities to promote Indian tourist market.
