Getting prepared to serve increased National Holiday travel demand

Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism has requested tourism businesses in Khanh Hoa Province to strengthen measures to get well-prepared for the ramping up of demand for the coming National Holiday (September 2).

Khanh Hoa is expected to see a large number of visitors on the coming National Holiday.

To offer the best service to holiday-makers, the Department of Tourism requested tourism businesses to make good preparation in terms of human resources and facilities for tourism service, ensure compliance with the Code of civilized conduct in tourism and improve customer service, especially during the high peak travel period. Restaurants and hotels were required to ensure service quality, ensuring food safety and hygiene; security and safety for tourists.

Besides, the Department of Tourism also asked tourism businesses to continue strengthening Covid-19 prevention and control measures to protect public health during the holiday.
