Investment in integrated tourist destination proposed

On October 31, Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee listened to T&D Group Joint Stock Company’s proposal on investment in an integrated tourist destination in Vinh Luong Commune, Nha Trang City.

The integrated tourist destination has such highlights as a 54-hole golf course, an experiential amusement park, an integrated clubhouse, a 5-star health care complex, a low-rise resort, a homestay and so on in an area of about 222 hectares in total.

Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee presides over the meeting.

The Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee welcomed the investment; requested Nha Trang City  People’s Committee to urgently complete the zoning planning in Vinh Luong Commune; The Department of Natural Resources and Environment to verify the origin of the land in the proposed project; jointly with Nha Trang City People's Committee to inform the investor of current land use status; and assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to check the productive forest land planning​​; The Department of Construction and Department of Planning and Investment to provide planning information; The Department of Transport to consider the project-related traffic connectivity, etc.
