According to the report of the provincial Tourism Development Steering Committee, the number of tourists in 2023 is equivalent to 2019 (7 million visitors) but tourism revenue is about 15% higher. This result shows that Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa is still an attractive destination for domestic and foreign tourists. Recently, the online booking site booking.com has announced Nha Trang as one of the 10 destinations Vietnamese tourists like to visit on the New Year 2024 holiday.

That achievement is thanks to the province organizing many events and implementing many solutions to stimulate demand and attract tourists especially tourism activities to celebrate the 370th anniversary of the province's construction and development, the Sea Festival, and the joint program to develop tourism through cinema in Khanh Hoa. Businesses have invested and launched many new tourism products. Besides, the tourism industry is promoting marketing at home and abroad to diversify customer sources and attract tourists to Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa. “In 2023, the provincial tourism industry has coordinated with the aviation industry to promote and connect to open more international flying routes, participate in tourism fairs, organize to welcome domestic and international press and travel groups to survey Khanh Hoa tourism, organize affiliate programs to introduce Khanh Hoa tourism in Dak Lak, Ninh Thuan, Phu Yen, Can Tho... The province's tourism industry has proactively built many events and attractive tourism programs to welcome guests," said Nguyen Thi Le Thanh.

Khanh Hoa tourism industry hopes for cultural and artistic activities during the Lunar New Year 2024, activities commemorating 100 years of construction and development of Nha Trang city, Nha Trang beach tourism festival 2024, Nha Trang light festival, etc. will create a series of events to attract domestic and international tourists.
