From February 1 to 19, at Phu Dong Park (Nha Trang City), Nha Trang City People's Committee and Khanh Hoa Culinary Culture Association will jointly organize the festival "Happy Tet Nha Trang 2024". The festival introduces traditional cultural feautures of Vietnamese Lunar New Year Festival, partly preserving and promoting the traditional values of the nation.
People who coming to the festival will be immersed in a joyful, bustling, colorful atmosphere of traditional culture through the following activities: Contemplating Tet, play on Tet, enjoying Tet cuisine and going to Tet markets. “We chose the theme "Happy Tet Nha Trang 2024" with the hope of bringing people and tourists a Tet filled with joy, in harmony of the beauty of nature and human love. There, visitors will feel the rich colors of Vietnamese culture converging in Khanh Hoa", said Le Van Luong - Standing Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Culinary Culture Association.

According to the perspective of the festival, right at the gate a 300m long flower street with bright yellow apricot blossoms, bright peach blossoms, colorful flower boats and small clusters of typical Vietnamese conical hats. After exploring the stalls of calligraphers and decorative lanterns on Tet holiday, visitors will enjoy shopping and exploring the Tet market with 106 culinary - commercial stalls (area of 9m2/booth) selling dishes, regional specialties and items for Tet (food, agricultural products, spices, jams, consumer goods, beverages...). Colorful boxes of cakes and jams, the fragrance of traditional dishes... brighten up the colors of the traditional national Tet. The Vietnamese Tet space is even bolder with performances of Tet feasts from the North - Central - South regions through performances by famous artisans; organizing the wrapping and cooking of sticky rice cakes...
"We has invited famous artisans such as Ho Dac Thieu Anh - Deputy Director of UNESCO Center for Vietnamese Culinary Culture; Nguyen Ho Tieu Anh - UNESCO Vietnam culinary expert; Le Thi Thiet - President of Nam Dinh Culinary Culture Association; Hoang Thi Anh Tuyet (Nha Trang)... came to the festival to prepare Tet feasts in the traditional style of the regions, including a very sophisticated Hue royal-style feast. The festival also aims to create a healthy and useful cultural playground.
