Khanh Hoa packed with tourists first days of Lunar New Year

Many tourist attractions and scenic spots, including Vinwonders Nha Trang, Ponagar Temples, Museum of Oceanography, Nha Trang Tourist Port, Orchid Stream, etc. were packed with visitors during the first days of the Lunar New Year.

More than 7,700 tourists, 85% of whom were international ones, took tours to Nha Trang Bay and islands, mostly Tranh, Mun, Tam Island and Coral Bay on the third day. Earlier on the first and second day, Nha Trang Tourist Port received over 7,000 arrivals on island tours, a year-on-year increase of 20%.

Similarly, as many as 9,200 visitors were reported at Ponagar Temples on the third day; 5,400 and 7,800 tourists on the first and second day respectively.

More than 10,000 tourists visited the Museum of Oceanography on the second and third day.

Khanh Hoa tourism is expected to welcome approximately 439,300 tourist arrivals during the 7 days of the Lunar New Year 2024, up by 56.9% compared with last year.
