Currently, 11 airlines are operating flights from China to Cam Ranh, the largest of which is Vietjet Air. According to Nguyen Thi Chung - representative of Vietjet Airlines in Khanh Hoa, Vietjet is coordinating with partners to operate about 10 - 12 flights/day from China to Cam Ranh, each flight carries about 200 passengers. Among them, flight destinations such as Hangzhou (Zhejiang province) and Chengdu (Sichuan province) have a large number of passengers. According to statistics from the Vietnam National Tourism Administration (under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), in 2023, Vietnam received nearly 1.7 million Chinese visitors; In the first 2 months of 2024, the number of Chinese visitors were more than 536,600, an increase of 658.3% over the same period in 2023.
