Waiting for 2024 Nha Trang Beach Tourism Festival

With the theme "Nha Trang Pearl Bay brightens", 2024 Nha Trang Beach Tourism Festival will have many attractive cultural, sports and tourism activities to serve the entertainment and recreation needs of local people and tourists who come to the coastal city this summer. The festival is also an opportunity to promote the image and tourism brand of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa to domestic and international tourists.

In 2022, the Department of Tourism proposed to the Provincial People's Committee to organize Nha Trang Beach Tourism Festival every 2 years (alternating with sea festivals). Returning after 2 years, the 2024 Nha Trang Beach Tourism Festival with the theme " Nha Trang Pearl Bay brightens" is expected to open a vibrant summer tourism season; contributing to promoting the brand, introducing product services, culture, and typical cuisine of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa to domestic and international tourists. At the same time, the festival creates opportunities to expand development cooperation between localities, domestic and international businesses; promote growth for the tourism industry, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals; build and develop Khanh Hoa province to become increasingly rich, civilized, and beautiful, aiming to become a centrally run city by 2030.

According to the plan, the festival will take place from June 13 to 16 with a series of attractive cultural - artistic, tourism and sports activities throughout the coastal city. The opening night begins with the theme "Elite Festival", which is an art program combined with an attractive fashion show with the participation of star singers like Dam Vinh Hung, Tang Duy Tan, Van Mai Huong, contestants participating in the Miss Nature Vietnam 2024 pageant... Currently, the organizing committee has ordered musician Hien VK to compose the theme song for the artists to perform on opening night.

Within the framework of the festival, there are also many other attractive activities such as fashion show "Honoring Vietnamese identity"; hiphop dance competition "Hipfest summer 2024"; festival of dance, folk dance and music; EDM music performance; Harley Davidson motorbike parade on Tran Phu - Pham Van Dong route; artistic light float parade, cyclo parade combined with Ao dai performance. Visitors to Nha Trang during the festival days can also enjoy delicious dishes from 3 regions and local specialties through the bird's nest culinary festival, beer festival, coffee festival, fruit festival and regional products. The festival also has exciting sports activities such as half-marathon with about 3,000 participants; performing sea games at Ana Marina Nha Trang (surfing, kayaking, jet skiing, flyboard...); golf tournament at Diamond Nha Trang with 280 players from many domestic and international provinces and cities; and entertainment activities at VinWonders Nha Trang.

The provincial Department of Tourism expects that the 2024 Nha Trang Beach Tourism Festival 2024 will attract more than 400,000 domestic and international visitors. This is an opportunity for businesses in the area to promote their brands, products, and tourism services to people and domestic and international tourists. Currently, the Department of Tourism, the Department of Culture and Sports and many agencies, organizations and businesses are actively preparing for the festival. “We want visitors to Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa to immerse themselves in a true festival. Beside the center of 2-4 Square, Nha Trang City, many festival activities will held at the beach park and Tran Phu - Pham Van Dong route... There, visitors will not only enjoy attractive programs, cultural and sports activities but also enjoy delicious food and access to new tourism products of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa. Also on this occasion, Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association organized a seminar on solutions for sustainable tourism development," shared Nguyen Thi Le Thanh - Director of the Department of Tourism.

In order for the 2024 Nha Trang Beach Tourism Festival to create an impression and ensure safety for residents and tourists, Dinh Van Thieu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Nha Trang City and its departments and branches pay attention to environmental sanitation, security and order, food safety, and traffic safety. He assigned the Department of Tourism to coordinate with the organizing unit to come up with a plan to arrange friendly stands, creating conditions for people and tourists to watch art programs on the main stage for a true festival for those who love Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa.
