Pilot sites for recreational diving on Nha Trang Bay

Dinh Van Thieu, Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee presided over a meeting with relevant agencies and departments on piloting sites for recreational diving on Nha Trang Bay on June 12.

Accordingly, the Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee approved 4 recreational dive sites on northern Hon Rua Island, Vinh Hoa Ward; an artificial coral site in Vinh Hoa Ward, on northern-eastern Tri Nguyen Island, Vinh Nguyen Ward and the adjacent waters of Bai Tranh and Bai Soi, eastern Tri Nguyen Island. The areas have abundant coral reefs and other ecosystems with tourist transport convenience.

The trial period is 1 year from when business licenses are granted. Then, the province will estimate the results and have follow-up directions.
