Ever Glamour Nha Trang 2024 heating up tourism

Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa is always an attractive destination for tourists during the summer tourist season. With Ever Glamour Nha Trang 2024, the coastal city is becoming a magnet to attract domestic and international tourists in the coming days. Currently, many hotels near 2-4 Square, Nha Trang City has no empty rooms left for guests who want to watch the opening night of the festival.

Attracting numerous visitors

Right from the beginning of the year, when Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee announced the organization of Ever Glamour Nha Trang 2024, many tourists planned to come to Nha Trang to enjoy artistic light performances with drones. The attraction increased when the identities of the competing teams were determined (China, Korea, France and UAE), and the festival theme was announced (Brilliant Milky Way). It’s the reason many tourists have booked rooms several months in advance to admire the artistic light displays in the Nha Trang night sky. Not only attracting domestic tourists, the festival also attracts the attention of international tourists. “I heard that Nha Trang in Vietnam is a very vibrant beach tourism center, so we chose Nha Trang as a vacation destination for the whole family this summer. Nearing the departure date, I knew there was a light festival and the participation of a Korean team, so I decided to extend my vacation to participate in this event," shared Kim Young Min - a Korean tourist.

The first night of Ever Galamour Nha Trang 2024 will take place at 2-4 Square on July 13.

Up to this point, the capacity of accommodation rooms in Khanh Hoa has increased. Many hotels and resorts with beautiful locations were fully booked by guests on the opening and closing nights of the festival (July 13 and July 20). “Many domestic and international tourists want to enjoy artistic light displays at Ever Glamour Nha Trang 2024. One month before the event, we recorded a high increase in bookings. Up to this point, our hotel has reached more than 95% room occupancy on the opening night of the festival," shared Nguyen Thi Uyen Chi - General Manager of The Empyrean Nha Trang hotel. Similarly, occupation in hotels with beautiful locations such as Novotel Nha Trang, Sheraton Nha Trang, Best Western Premier Marvella Nha Trang, Star City, Vinpearl Beachfront... has reached from 85 to 100%. Resorts in the Bai Dai area (Cam Lam - Cam Ranh) also have a room occupancy rate higher than 90%. Typically, resorts Ana Mandara Cam Ranh, Alma, and The Anam have no available rooms on weekends. Le Dai Hai - General Manager of Ana Mandara Cam Ranh Resort said that the resort's capacity is more than 95%,  60% of the guests are Korean guests, 15% are European guests, and the rest are Vietnamese customers with high spending levels. The resort hopes that the province will successfully organize this event and build it into a typical brand of the province.

Ensuring tourism security

As expected by Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Tourism, Ever Glamour Nha Trang 2024 will attract more than 50,000 people and tourists to participate directly each night. Besides passengers traveling by air, in the coming days, Khanh Hoa will continue to attract visitors from the Central provinces, the Central Highlands and the southern region traveling by road. In addition to the official performances, many visitors also chose to arrive early to watch the light shows right from the rehearsal night (evening of July 12). Currently, the number of guests booking rooms at 3-5 star hotels in the province has reached more than 80% of the total number of rooms. It is expected that accommodation room capacity will increase even more in the coming days.

With a very large number of tourists, the Department of Tourism has issued instructions to ensure tourism security. Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh - Director of the Department of Tourism said: "The department has issued a document requesting tourism business units to ensure the work of welcoming tourists, focusing on ensuring food safety and hygiene... In particular, businesses are required to sell accommodation, food and beverage services at the listed price..."

Ever Glamour Nha Trang 2024 will see the competition of 4 teams from Korea, France, China and UAE. The festival also has the performance of many famous singers like Van Mai Huong, Tung Duong, MoNo, Phuong Ly... and a team of dancers in artistic performances on stage. The provincial People's Committee has directed departments and branches to best prepare for this event, especially ensuring flight safety of participating teams and ensuring safety for spectators coming to watch the event.
