Tourists expected to flock to Khanh Hoa on National Holiday

The National Holiday from August 31 to September 3 is considered as the last peak of the summer tourism season. Tourists are expected to flock to Khanh Hoa, especially on September 1 and 2.

On August 31, more than 4,500 took Nha Trang Bay tours to Bai Tranh Island, Se Tre Island, Coral Island, etc. Other destinations such as the Museum of Oceanography and Ponagar Temples also welcomed many tourists.

Tourists to Khanh Hoa are expected to increase further on September 1 and 2. Cam Ranh International Airport is expected to serve 450 flights, a year-on-year rise of 5% with 76,845 passengers, up by 8%, during the holiday. They include 196 domestic flights with 28,790 passengers; and 254 international ones with 48,055 passengers, mainly from China and South Korea.

Besides air travelers, many from the Southern Central region and Highlands and Ho Chi Minh City are heading to Khanh Hoa by car.
