The Information and Tourist Support Center is a project within the digital transformation plan of the tourism industry in the period of 2022 - 2025. The project has a total investment of about 4.7 billion VND, from the province’s budget.

Currently, when accessing the above website, tourists can look up accommodation facilities, travel agencies, tour guides, restaurants, entertainment venues, tourism resources, tourism products, shopping venues, business data, cultural festivals, cultural events... in many different languages. Nguyen Thanh Cuong - Chief of Office of the provincial Department of Tourism said that up to now, the Information and Tourist Support Center has posted information on the website of 225 accommodation establishments, 22 travel agencies, 31 tourist attractions, 22 tourism products... When accessing the site, visitors can have basic information such as address, phone number, email, website, star rating (for accommodation establishments), location on digital maps, visitors' reviews of the services and products provided by the businesses. With just 1 click, visitors can easily connect to the websites or social networking sites of these businesses. Currently, the Tourism Management Bureau (under Khanh Hoa Province Department of Tourism) continues to update more data. In addition, visitors can ask questions directly to the center's support staff; report emergency situations to the authorities via the center's hotline number or feedback messages, comments...
Nguyen Thi Le Thanh - Director of the provincial Department of Tourism said that the web application aims to create a unified information channel, focusing on supporting destinations for tourists, allowing connection with other information systems and social networks to support tourists, overcoming the shortcomings of existing software and information systems, increasing interactive experiences for tourists, creating convenience for the management and operation of specialized agencies. In addition, the Operation Center also overcomes current limitations in the operation and handling of tourist support issues, aiming for a smart and safe tourism environment; monitoring to ensure security and safety for tourists. In the near future, the department will continue to work with the consulting unit to add more necessary items to the web application.
