Indian Travel Magazine Outlook Traveller has just recommended the top 5 places to visit in Vietnam for the best surfing experience. They include Mui Ne, Da Nang, Vung Tau, Nha Trang and Phan Rang. Accordingly, the best time to surf in Vietnam is between November and March.
