Meeting with tourism businesses

Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism held a conference to meet tourism businesses 2025 in Nha Trang City on February 17. Present at the event were Nguyen Khac Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People’s Council, Secretary of Provincial Party Agencies; and Dinh Van Thieu, Vice-Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee together with leaders of departments, agencies and representatives of tourism businesses in the province.

In 2024, Khanh Hoa Province promoted cultural, artistic and sports events and jointly opened new flight routes... to attract tourists. Besides domestic tourists, the number of travelers from South Korea, China, Kazakhstan, Thailand, etc. is increasing, contributing to Khanh Hoa tourism’s impressive recovery and growth.

The whole province welcomed more than 10.8 million tourist arrivals, a year-on-year increase of 49%; including 4.7 million international visitors up by nearly 98.8%. The tourism revenue is estimated to reach VND53,000 billion, up by nearly 56.5%.

In 2025, Khanh Hoa tourism industry strives to welcome 11.8 million tourist arrivals, including 5.6 million international visitors with tourism revenue of VND60,000 billion. In January 2025, the whole province welcomed about 1,014,000 overnight tourists, a year-on-year increase of 67.1%; including 519,000 international visitors, up by 27.9% with a total tourism revenue estimated at VND5,582 billion, up by 82% over the same period.

Also at the conference, some localities and tourism businesses introduced new products and services focused on promoting green and sustainable tourism.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 13 groups and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in the implementation of the Khanh Hoa Tourism Action Program in 2024.
