Ha Lien Village awarded “Vietnam’s Top 7 Impressive destination”

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism jointly with Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association awarded the “Vietnam’s Top 7 Impressive destination” certificate 2024 to Ha Lien Village in Ninh Ha Ward, Ninh Hoa Town on April 3.

The “Vietnam’s Top 7 Impressive destination” 2024 launched by Saigon Marketing magazine (Saigon Times Group) aims to promote sustainable tourism and contribute to exploring new tourist destinations.

The “Vietnam’s Top 7 Impressive destination” 2024 had received more than 200 nominations, along with nearly 21,000 votes. 35 impressive destinations and travel experiences were announced with Ha Lien Village listed as one of 3 locations in Khanh Hoa Province certified as “Top 7 impressive destinations" (along with Lang Nho - Ho Lang Nhot Tourist Area in Dien Khanh District; Ana Mandara Cam Ranh Tourist Area).

Ha Lien Village is described with breathtaking countryside views from an elevated perspective. Formed in 1653, about 30km north of Nha Trang City and about 6km southeast of Ninh Hoa town center, the ancient village of Ha Lien looks like a kite flying over a large aquaculture area. Its most impressions are the peaceful charm with aquaculture ponds and refreshing greenery of its mangrove forests.

In the village, there are Ha Lien Communal House, Nam Hai Mausoleum, Thien Y A Na Temple, Hau Tho Temple, Hue Lien Pagoda, etc. Being ranked among Vietnam’s Top 7 Impressive destinations is a base for advancing community tourism initiatives in Ha Lien Village.
