The open-top busses "Nha Trang Bus City Tour" of West Pacific Investment and Travel Joint Stock Company has been approved recently by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee to provide city tour to monuments and tourist attractions in inner Nha Trang and night city tour by single-decker mini busses with an open roof. The busses operate from 8:30am to 10:45pm. every day. Visitors can get on and off at stops such as Tram Huong Tower, Ponagar Temple, Long Son Pagoda, Institute of Oceanography, and Dam Market. Bilingual tour guides are available to provide commentary and provide information. The tour also contains multilingual audio recordings in English, Chinese, Korean, Russianto engage foreign tourists and increase their interest and understanding.

To facilitate the access to this tourism service for local people and tourists, West Pacific Investment and Travel Joint Stock Company cooperated with Nha Trang City Public Service Management Board to open 5 ticket kiosks located in central locations in the city, including the area near Louisiane Brewhouse (Tran Phu coastal park); area next to 2-4 Square (opposite Novotel Hotel); coastal park (opposite Lodge Hotel); area opposite Nha Trang Center (20 Tran Phu Street); and area  opposite Muong Thanh Vien Trieu (Pham Van Dong Street).

The ticket kiosks have eye-catching design, a diverse payment system (cash, POS, bank transfer).  Furthermore, bilingual (Vietnamese-English) guides are available to offer dedicated assistance, provide information on the city's tourist attractions and unique tourism services. “These ticket kiosks are expected to improve self-guided travel experience for tourists and reduce traffic congestion along the coastal route, which is very crowded during the summer peak," said Nguyen Thi Anh Cuc, deputy general director of Staff of West Pacific Investment and Travel Joint Stock Company.
