Khanh Hoa's tourism revenue estimated at VND19,000b in 4 months

In April, Khanh Hoa Province saw 875,000 overnight tourists, a year-on-year increase of 3.8%, including  400,000 international visitors, up by 2.3% and 475,000 domestic visitors, up by 5%. The total tourism revenue was estimated at VND4,503.8 billion, an increase of 3.3% over the same period last year, said the leader of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on May 5.

In the first 4 months of this year, the total number of tourists was estimated at more than 3.6 million, a year-on-year increase of 22.7%, achieving 30.5% of the 2025 target. Domestic visitors were estimated at more than 1.8 million, up by 35.5% and international visitors at nearly 1.8 million, up by 11.6%.

The South Korean tourist market remained stable while the number of Russian visitors increased thanks to direct flights from Russia to Cam Ranh. The total revenue from the tourism industry in the first 4 months of the year was estimated at VND19,034.7 billion, up by 21%, reaching 31.7% of the 2025 plan.
