Currently, Bau Truc pottery village has 2 cooperatives, 1 company, 22 production and business establishments and about 300 households making pottery. Unlike most pottery villages in Vietnam and the world, potters in Bau Truc make pottery entirely by hand, without using a turntable when shaping the product. When making pottery, they walk backwards around the clay block, while rubbing and stroking evenly to shape the product. After creating the shape and pattern, the pottery is dried and fired outdoors with firewood or straw. The firing process lasts from several hours to a day depending on the size of the product. Each pottery product in Bau Truc is a unique work of art, not duplicated or monotonous.

With its own unique characteristics, especially the innovation and professionalism in tourism every day, Bau Truc pottery village is an attractive destination for domestic and foreign tourists this summer and in the future.
