In particular, in the 2020 - 2025 term, the Ninh Chu Ward Party Committee has developed and issued a thematic resolution on improving the quality of urban construction, tourism and trade. In particular, focusing on developing key and breakthrough plans, projects, works and projects in urban construction, tourism, trade and services such as: Urban zoning plan of Dong Van Son - Bac Binh Son; New urban area of ​​Da Chong mountain; Urban area along Dam Nai; Binh Son - Ninh Chu beach tourism area... Along with that, the ward calls for investment in 2 projects: 5-star international standard luxury resort and food, trade and service quarter, with a total investment of more than 1,567 billion VND; investing in renovating sidewalks and trees on Truong Chinh street; upgrading traffic routes of residential groups with a total cost of 17 billion VND. The ward also develops an urban agricultural production model with the goal of increasing value per unit area associated with environmental protection and clean agricultural production.

To realize the target, Ninh Chu Ward focuses on mobilizing resources, promoting investment attraction; continuing to propose and recommend competent authorities to speed up the investment progress of works and projects in the area, in which prioritizing 7 key projects, driving forces, opening up, leading to development in the right direction, including: 5-star international high-class commercial, service and resort culinary quarter; Khanh Hai Complex of Tourism, Hotel and Entertainment; Khanh Hai Trade - Service Center; Khanh Hai New Urban Area; New Urban Area along Dam Nai; New Urban Area of ​​Nui Da Chong and Dong Van Son - Bac Binh Son Urban Area.

Along with that, Ninh Chu focuses on implementing well the planning and synchronous development of multi-functional coastal spatial axes (commerce, services, tourism, entertainment); forming a coastal urban area on the basis of planning and plans approved by competent authorities in conjunction with parks, walking streets, night markets, culinary - folk culture areas; building eco-tourism and resort routes along the coast and along Dam Nai; developing the night economy according to the planning, ensuring security, environment and preserving local cultural identity. The ward also promotes the application of digital technology in planning, land, environment, traffic, and security management; develops digital infrastructure, urban data centers, public wifi; deploys smart tourism through digital platforms, cashless payments, digital maps, virtual reality technology... At the same time, the ward supports businesses and people in digital transformation, e-commerce development, creative startups; improves the quality of human resources... By 2030, the proportion of industry, construction, and services in the total product value is expected to reach 78%; the total annual state budget revenue is expected to increase by 12%; the total social investment capital is expected reach 2,692 billion VND, an average increase of 11%; per capita income increased by 10%/year...
