Accordingly, Pegas Misr Vietnam Travel Co., Ltd. will cooperate with Nordwind Airlines of Pegas Touristik Group to operate charter flights, bringing Russian tourists to Khanh Hoa.
The first flight with nearly 380 passengers from Moscow to Cam Ranh is scheduled on September 29. From October 2025, the company will coordinate with Nordwind to run 18 to 22 flights/month from the cities of Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Vladivostok, Ekaterinburg, Khabarovsk, Irkutsk and Krasnoyarsk to bring about 6,800 passengers/month to Khanh Hoa. The travelers will stay for 10 to 12 days (some up to 28 days) at 4-5 star hotels and resorts in the province; and take tours to scenic spots, islands, and explore local cuisine.

Since the beginning of the year, the Russian tourist market has grown significantly. According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in the first 8 months of 2025, Khanh Hoa welcomed about 279,000 Russian tourist arrivals, up by 294.9% over the same period last year. Earlier, Russian airlines Azur Air, Aeroflot, Ikar Airlines, IrAero Airlines, RedWings and Vietnam's Vietjet Air had resumed flights from Russia to Cam Ranh. There are currently more than 30 flights/week from major Russian cities to Khanh Hoa.
