Novotel Nha Trang Hotel held its Christmas tree lighting ceremony themed "Greener Christmas" on December 5. This Christmas season, visitors to Novotel Nha Trang Hotel are welcomed into a cozy atmosphere, highlighted by stunning Christmas decorations and vibrant ornaments crafted from eco‑friendly materials.

At the event, there was a musical show performed by children from Talent Kids Center for Arts and Talent Training; Khanh Hoa Rehabilitation Education Center for Disabled Children and Little Star Kindergarten. In particular, disabled children also directly sold cakes at the booth, showcasing the skills they had gained through a cooking course guided by Novotel Nha Trang’s chefs.

According to Nguyen Thi Thuy Phuong, General Manager of Novotel Nha Trang Hotel, the Christmas tree lighting ceremony was an opportunity to share with less fortunate children. Through 16 times of organization, the hotel has collected nearly VND 600 million. All donations have been sent to Khanh Hoa Provincial Center for Rehabilitation and Education of Disabled Children and the Blue Dragon Children's Foundation to support children in need.

In August 2025, the hotel was awarded the Green Key certificate, a prestigious international recognition for excellence in environmental responsibility and sustainable operations within the tourism industry.

In 2025, Novotel Nha Trang also organized the Dragon Walk For Change and Hair Donation Day to support cancer patients. Notably, this year the hotel has also planted more than 1,000 mangrove trees in Dam Bay area, Nha Trang Bay, contributing to protecting the marine ecosystem.
