Work begins on Doc Let - Phuong Mai Tourist Area

On July 9, Amber Group held the groundbreaking ceremony for Doc Let - Phuong Mai Tourist Area in Dong Ninh Hoa Ward, Khanh Hoa Province. Leaders from various departments, agencies, and local authorities attended the ceremony.

The nearly 160-hectare project, with an investment of over VND 4,072 billion, is set for completion by October 2028. Designed to accommodate around 10,000 visitors, it will feature a luxury resort complex including hotels, villas, entertainment zones, a convention center, commercial and service areas, healthcare facilities, parks, plazas, beaches, and integrated infrastructure.

At the ceremony, the leader of the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board highlighted the groundbreaking as a key step in shaping Van Phong Economic Zone into a modern, multi-sector marine hub. Once operational, the project will enrich the region with premium resort tourism products, generate jobs, boost budget revenue, and strengthen the tourism-service ecosystem, enhancing investment appeal and supporting the sustainable development of Van Phong Economic Zone.

The Management Board requested the investor to ensure construction progress and quality while pursuing a green and sustainable approach. Phase 1, covering 68.5 hectares, is targeted to be operational by September 2027 as registered.
