Tourist sites see rising visitor numbers

This year’s 5-day National Holiday (running from August 29 through September 2) is considered a golden opportunity for Khanh Hoa to welcome visitors. Early reports from the first days of the holiday show that many tourist attractions across the province have welcomed large numbers of revelers.

Many international tourists take tours to Nha Trang Bay islands.

On the morning of August 30, crowds of tourists gathered at the Nha Trang Tourist Pier to embark on Nha Trang Bay island tours to Hon Mieu (Tri Nguyen), Hon Mun, Hon Tam, etc. In addition to domestic travelers, many international tourists from Russia, South Korea, and China also joined these sea excursions.

Tran Van Phu, Head of the Nha Trang Tourist Pier Management Division (under the Nha Trang Bay Management Board), stated that during the first two days of the holiday, the pier welcomed nearly 11,000 travelers to tourist destinations within Nha Trang Bay, a year-on-year increase of approximately 40%. Thanks to smooth management, tourists enjoyed quick access without long waits.
