Over 200 contestants join MC Talent for Kids 2025 preliminary round

The preliminary round of MC Talent for Kids 2025 contest takes place at Khanh Hoa Newspaper office (A1 Street, An Binh Tan Urban Area, Nha Trang City) on May 29. Over 200 contestants from primary and junior high schools in Khanh Hoa Province and the central and highland regions participate in the round.

MC Talent for Kids 2025 contest is jointly organized by Khanh Hoa Newspaper and Thi Thao Training and Entertainment Company Limited. Presented at the event are Thai Thi Le Hang, Editor-in-Chief of Khanh Hoa Newspaper and Head of the Organizing Committee, Editorial Board of Khanh Hoa Newspaper; and leaders of businesses.

As said by Thai Thi Le Hang at the opening of the preliminary round, MC Talent for Kids 2025 contest is a useful playground for children during the summer. Through the contest, the Organizing Committee also hopes to discover promising young talent to collaborate in future programs of Khanh Hoa Newspaper as well as the members for young MC Club of Khanh Hoa Newspaper.

The preliminary round of MC Talent for Kids 2025 contest is held in two formats: in-person and online. For the in-person audition, the contestants perform a two-minute presentation on a topic of their choice. The judging panel will evaluate their performance based on criteria including content, voice quality, attire, confidence, creativity, appearance, and stage presence. Online contestants are required to submit a two-minute video of their presentation via email of the organizing committee. These online entries will be assessed using the same criteria as the in-person audition.

At the conclusion of the preliminary round, 80 contestants with the highest scores will proceed to the semi-final round, slated for June 28.
