Khanh Hoa Provincial Intelligent Operations Center launched

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony on May 14 to launch Khanh Hoa Province's Intelligent Operations Center (IOC). Present at the event were Nghiem Xuan Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial People’s Committee; Le Huu Hoang, Member of Khanh Hoa Provincial Standing Party Committee, Standing Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee; Pham Thi Xuan Trang, Vice-Chairperson of the Provincial People's Council together with leaders of local departments, agencies, localities and enterprises in the province.

The IOC is to support the provincial management and direction based on digital data and modern technology. This initiative is a key component of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Digital Transformation Plan for 2025 with a vision to 2030. By monitoring, collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing real-time data, the Khanh Hoa IOC supports provincial leaders in making quick and accurate decisions while also promoting transparency and accountability within the government apparatus.

Khanh Hoa IOC also provides a link between the government and people and businesses through online interactive channels, providing information, and instructions related to social security, social life, utilities, and public services for businesses, people and the community.

The center covers such key monitoring and management areas as public services, administrative reform; security and order; traffic, environment, health, education, tourism, economy and finance. Some systems operating at Khanh Hoa IOC include a public service monitoring system; a system for receiving and processing on-site feedback; a traffic monitoring system via smart cameras; a multi-layer digital map for management; a data analysis system; a system for managing, connecting, and operating multiple Internet of Things (IoT) devices; statistical, analytical services, providing information on the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of public servants.
