Khanh Hoa Provincial Children's Cultural Palace makes strong, effective debut

Inaugurated in early June, the newly built Khanh Hoa Provincial Children's Cultural Palace is now offering a wide variety of enrichment classes for children in summer.

According to Thai Quang Thanh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Children's House, in preparation for the opening of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Children’s Cultural Palace, the unit urgently arranged staffing, recruited teachers, and developed an enrollment plan. Thanks to this proactive effort, enrichment classes were launched immediately after the facility began operations on June 1.

Currently, the Provincial Children’s Cultural Palace offers a wide variety of classes including English, musical instruments and vocals; children's MC training, life skills, acting, computing, handwriting, reading skills and calligraphy.

Additional facilities such as the swimming pool, multipurpose gymnasium, and football field are scheduled to be handed over by the Provincial Development Project Management Board by July 31 at the latest. They will be put into operation immediately upon completion to ensure optimal efficiency.

According to Thai Quang Thanh, since the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace project came into operation, it has received many positive feedback from parents and students. He noted that the launch of the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from both parents and students.

The new facility, significantly larger than its predecessor, is being jointly managed by the Provincial Children’s House and the Provincial Development Project Management Board to ensure stable operations and effective use of public assets. Certain areas will also be opened for bidding to ensure transparent and regulation-compliant management.

According to the meeting conclusion issued on June 17, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Thieu requested the Provincial Development Project Management Board to promptly hand over completed facilities to the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Children's House to be put into operation; continue to coordinate with the Provincial Children's House to effectively operate the project until July 31 (after which full responsibility will be transferred to the Provincial Children’s House); the Provincial Children's House, in the immediate future, to utilize its existing structure and personnel to manage, operate and organize activities; quickly expand activities to fully leverage available resources.

In addition, the provincial leaders requested the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Youth Union to direct the Provincial Children's House to urgently submit a Project on management and use of public assets to the competent authority for approval by June 25; coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs to guide the Provincial Children's House to submit procedures for the establishment of the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace to the competent authority by August 31; the Provincial Police to be tasked with ensuring security and safety at the area of ​​the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace, etc.
