Khanh Hoa's public investment disbursement rate by May reaches 18.6%

On May 21, Tran Hoa Nam, Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting about the disbursement of public investment capital up to May.

According to the Provincial Department of Finance, in 2025, the total planned capital allocated to Khanh Hoa Province by the Prime Minister is VND10,095.925 billion. The Provincial People's Committee has distributed VND8,710.715 billion. By early May, over VND1,616 billion has been disbursed through the State Treasury, representing 16% of the allocated capital, exceeding the national average of 15.56%. The disbursement rate reaches 18.6% compared to the actually allocated provincial capital (excluding unissued local government bonds).

Concluding the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoa Nam requested that the units with existing problems in disbursement promptly report directly to the Provincial Department of Finance for solutions and that the Provincial Department of Finance assign disbursement plan of June to each unit.
