Digital government model to be basically completed in 2025

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the Project “Developing Khanh Hoa Province's digital government to serve people and businesses”.

The primary aim of the project by 2025 is to basically establish a comprehensive digital government model in the province, ensuring the unity and synchronization of digital infrastructure, platforms, applications, as well as cybersecurity designed to cater to 3 groups of utilities: the management and delivery of public services and digital services; essential services and services that highlight the province's strengths; and administration and governance at all levels.

Specifically, 100% of administrative procedures, information and products are fully provided and executed within the digital environment; 100% of medical examination and treatment facilities use VneID electronic health books, deploy smart medical kiosks, 100% of public educational institutions adopt school management systems; 100% of basic data related to management and administration of governments at all levels are performed on information technology application platforms and so on. The Provincial People's Committee also specified 8 groups of tasks and measures for agencies and localities to implement effectively..

The development of digital government aims to ensure that government activities are carried out based on information technology application platforms, helping to enhance the operational efficiency of State agencies, streamline the apparatus; and enable proactive and prompt responses to arising situations.
